Lux - Healing and Revival 1

Brown eyes followed as a small man, the teacher for this class, walked around the class room. The teacher had  rather long violet hair and was wearing clothes with the same colour and the sleeves of his shirt went over his hands. And he was carrying a needle. And looked way too happy when he pricked the students fingers. This man was Remini Locke, teacher of Healing and Revival class and today he was testing his students tolerance for blood by stabbing their fingers and allowing them to bleed to death.

No, not really, Remini healed the students fingers as soon as he was sure of their reaction to blood.

But, the brown eyed boy tugged a lock of green hair as he warily looked as the teacher steadily came closer. The boy was Nesa Pallavi, a Junior, and he was taking a deep breath to calm himself. He really didn't like the idea of getting stabbed, even if it was only by a needle and by a teacher. In his head he was repeating to himself 'Stay calm, no running away, it will be over sooner if you just stay still..' The idea of seeing blood didn't bother him as much as getting his uniform dirty.... But the sight of the teachers wicked grin was causing cold shivers run down his back.

Just then Remini stepped over to him "You are next, hand please~" Nesa suppressed a shiver and gave his slightly trembling hand to the teacher. "Here... Could you please do it quickly?" Nesa asked and looked as Reminis expression changed to slightly disappointed. "Aww, but it is fun watching your face if I do it slow.... Fine" The teacher had grabbed Nesas hand and stabbed at the same moment he said fine. Nesa, feeling the needle, flinched "Uwaaa!" he quickly pulled his hand back and held it near his chest "Was that absolutely necessary?" he asked, slightly glaring at the teacher.

" 'Course it was, now look at it so I can make sure you're not squeamish or anything!" Remini was obviously entertained by the reaction, which in turn made Nesa raise his eyebrow. Shrugging, Nesa raised his hand so that he could look at the blood dripping down his finger. He frowned, thinking about how it could unnecessarily stain his uniform... Blood was hard to clean. He voiced his thoughts aloud and asked if he could get paper to clean his finger. "There is no need!" Remini said and tapped his wand against Nesas finger to heal it. "All better" he said but frowned "You have got no problem with blood, but if you are worried about getting messy..."

Nesa shook his head "I am not really worried about getting messy... I just don't like unnecessary messes" he said, flicked his finger. Thinking that it was over now, Nesa sat down and looked around the class room, ignoring the teacher.
